The Bead Soup Book Blog Tour

 Pick up any jewelry designer magazine and you'll find the artists of the Bead Soup Book Blog Tour. This is a "blog hop" of sorts you won't want to miss. Designers share their memories, their bead soup experiences, offer special opportunities, and discuss their contributions to the new book by Lori Anderson, Bead Soup. 

 The tour is full of wonderful blogs and intriguing posts. It's like sitting down and having coffee or tea with those who've "made it" and gaining a perspective of community that is touching, strong, and inspiring -- community is what makes the jewelry design world so special and the tour will show you why. Reading blog posts from '09 with comments from artists such as Andrew Thornton , TesoriTrovati, and Jewelry by Jeannie is a blast; seeing lovely new jewelry created by Sandra Young that she was inspired to create from the book -- and reading the supportive comments from well-published and established artists about her new creations -- is impressive. Lori Anderson's book is brilliant: the co-creations, community, and art is a gift!
